Made with Martinelli’s Apple Cider or juice, caramel sauce, ginger beer, rosemary, cinnamon and a dollop of fresh whipped cream, this beverage tastes just like Mom’s homemade apple pie! To ensure all the flavors have melded together, make sure the mixture of Martinelli’s, caramel, ground cinnamon and rosemary sits in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
7 oz. Martinelli’s Apple Cider or Martinelli’s Apple Juice
4 oz. Caramel Sauce
¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 Sprigs Rosemary
4 oz Ginger Beer
Fresh Whipped Cream
Garnish: Additional Sprigs Rosemary, Ground Cinnamon
- In a pitcher, stir together Martinelli’s Apple Cider, caramel, ground cinnamon, and rosemary sprigs until combined. Let sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Pour additional caramel sauce onto a small dish. Rim four cocktail glasses by rolling each in car
- Divide cider mixture between the glasses, then top with 1 oz ginger beer each. Add a dollop of fresh whipped cream, and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Add a sprig of rosemary and serve.
