This Apple Mug Cake will satisfy your late night sweet tooth cravings!


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, ground cinnamon, and baking powder.
  2. Add milk, butter, Martinelli’s Apple Juice, and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
  3. Fold in diced apples until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug, making sure there is at least 1-inch left at the top so the batter does not overflow.
  5. Microwave on High for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
