In 30 minutes or less you can be sipping on this refreshing Raspberry Smash Mocktail! Fresh fruit and Sparkling Blush are combined with a homemade ginger syrup for a sweet mocktail everyone can enjoy. Cheers!


  1. Bring ginger, sugar, and water to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved, then gently simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Strain and then cool to room temperature.
  2. Muddle the raspberries and mint together in the bottom of the glass. Add in the lemon, ginger syrup and Martinelli’s Sparkling Blush. Mix together with a spoon. Add ice and mix together one last time. Garnish with additional raspberries and sprig of mint. Enjoy!
