1. Make a slit in the peppers and remove seeds. Stuff peppers with shredded cheese.
  2. Fill the empty cavity of each chicken thigh with a stuffed pepper, wrap with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place on a hot BBQ grate and turn and spray* frequently with Martinelli’s Apple Juice until done and evenly glazed.

Scott says, make plenty, because the aroma of apples and bacon will beckon the entire neighborhood.
